Allie Eberly and Kendra Hyden (pictured below) hosted a yard sale that generated a monetary donation for the Christian Sarkine Autism Treatment Center at Riley Hospital for Children.
Allie and Kendra came up with the idea for a yard sale when an instructor challenged them to pick a philanthropy and volunteer their time and service. Allie said they chose this philanthropy because her younger brother was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome at the age of 4 and has made amazing progress throughout his diagnosis and treatment at the Christian Sarkine Autism Treatment Center at Riley Hospital for Children. The two are currently sophomores at Pulaski County High School in Somerset, KY.
