Personal Statement  I am delighted to have the opportunity to provide quality clinical care to the patients whom I serve and to teach and train medical students, psychiatric interns, psychology interns and post doctoral students. I am the chief Psychologist on a 29 bed inpatient unit for the severely mentally ill at Larue D. Carter State Hospital. My background has been primarily as a practicing clinician,and I have therefore found it rewarding to provide clinical supervision and training to our future mental health providers.

Undergraduate: Ball State University, Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology and Social Work, Summa cum laude  

Graduate School: Ball State University, Ph.D., psychology

Psychology Internship: Quinco Consulting Center, Columbus, 

Indiana Board Certifications: Health Service Provider in Psychology

Current Academic Interests  Teaching: I teach first year medical students in the Introduction to Clinical Medicine I course, Psychiatry residents, Psychology interns,and post-doctoral psychology students.

Clinical: Chief Psychologist on a multidisciplinary treatment teamat Larue Carter Memorial Hospital. My work includes: Psychological assessment, individual and group therapies, conducting psycho-educational groups along with providing educational presentations to staff, students and interns.
