Research Assistant Position
Clinical research assistant needed for studies on neurobiological and cognitive consequences of schizophrenia and other mental disorders. This full time position will be in a Research Unit in an Indiana University affiliated hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Responsibilities will include recruiting and interviewing study participants, cognitive testing, electrophysiological (EEG) recording, assisting with MRI scans, computer data entry and processing, statistical analysis, lab maintenance and assistance with paper writing.
BA or BS in science required, preferably in neuroscience, cognitive science, psychology or related field. Other qualifications include excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently. Course work or training in statistical analysis, programming, physiological recording or experimental procedures desirable.
